Five passing stations and a layup. Players pass and move to the next spot continuously, building precise passing and quick thinking.

Guard drill for 2 or 3 players. Keep the dribble in rhythm with eyes up, then deliver the pass with speed and accuracy.

Five players, one ball, full court. Every trip is outlet, middle, far wing and a layup, with players rotating spots after each make.

Drive-and-kick passing around four spots for 5 or more players. Drive at game speed, kick to the corner and make the extra pass.

Three players, one ball and no dribbles, down and back. A dropped ball, bad pass or missed layup makes the rep count as zero.

Continuous full-court layups with one ball from both ends. Trains quick outlets and pushing the ball ahead with passes toward a team goal.

Four rounds of pivoting and passing: right and left pivots with bounce passes, then right and left reverse pivots with chest passes.
