Li-Ning's Wade 808 4 Ultra is yet another impressive performance basketball shoe in the drop-in midsole lineup.
Reviewers agree the traction performance is top-tier. The performance had no issues on clean courts, and the rubber bit through dust well.
Boom is one of the best foams available. The drop-in midsole is comfortable yet bouncy. There's a good balance in the cushioning setup.
Support and lockdown are not a problem after an initial break-in period. The outsole flanges also provide excellent lateral stability.
The materials are thin but comfortable. Reviewers mention needing to break the materials in for better comfort.
With its elite traction and balanced cushioning, the Li-Ning Wade 808 4 Ultra is one of the better drop-in midsole performers available.

The Wade 808 4 Ultra is an incredibly balanced shoe. The upper is minimal, I love the cushioning, and the traction is elite. My only complaint is the heel area feels clunky.
