Flex Offense

The Flex Offense is a structured, continuity offense that emphasizes spacing, screening, and movement. It is often used at the high school and college levels because of its simplicity and effectiveness in generating open shots, particularly for teams without dominant individual scorers.

Phase 1

In this case, the one has the ball the four will set a flex screen for the three in the five will pop out to the corner

The two will set a screen for the four to come up to the slot

The one passes to the four as that happens, the two fills out to the corner, the three sets the five a screen

The four will then pass the ball to the three the two will come off the flex screen set by the five the one will fill out to the corner. We are looking to hit the two in this situation.
